Scheduled Maintenance: Hosted Email
We will be conducting a scheduled maintenance on our Hosted Email environment. During this time users may experience connectivity issues when accessing their email over IMAP, POP, SMTP, or Webmail. Incoming email delivery and Hosted Exchange Outlook/OWA clients are not affected.
This change will happen Monday February 18th 2019 from 22:00 CST to 00:00 CST.
Change to Sending Policy
On February 7th, 2019, we began updating our anti-abuse policies in order to better protect our customers and our infrastructure. Over the coming weeks we will continue to make changes in order to decrease the number of false positives and curb outgoing spam from our system. For the security of our customers and infrastructure we do not give advance notice of anti-abuse changes.
Due to this change, mailboxes that have been sending emails at a rate above our threshold will be limited or blocked by our system. Thresholds are not published in order to prevent malicious actors from circumventing our policies.
If you believe you have been wrongly impacted by this change, please submit a ticket for our review and use webmail as a workaround in the meantime.
