[Resolved] Resolved - "Too Many Requests" Error Received in Webmail

Resolved - The incident is now closed and Webmail is operating as normal.

Monitoring - A solution has been put in place to correct the error.

Affected users will receive an error that presents a yellow hard hat and a message that reads "Too Many Requests" when accessing Webmail. The error is intermittent for those who are impacted. Mail clients such as Outlook and via a mobile device are not impacted and operating as normal.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting our Hosted Email environment. More details will be posted as they become available
