[Resolved] Hosted Email Issue

Resolved - The incident is now closed and Hosted Email connectivity is operating as normal. Mail delivery was impacted during this incident. Some messages were seen to be rejected with the following error: "550 5.1.1 User doesn't exist". Bounced messages will need to be resent by the sender.

Monitoring - We are in the final stages of remediation for this incident. A solution has been put in place and users are beginning to successfully connect to their mailboxes using Webmail, IMAP, and POP. Additional updates will be posted as they are available.

Identified - Affected users accessing Hosted Email will experience service degradation when connecting to Webmail, IMAP, or POP. We are actively working towards a resolution. More updates will be posted as they become available.
