Resolved - We have corrected the issue preventing changes to provision correctly to our Hosted Exchange environment.
During this time, changes made within our Email Control Panel to our Hosted Exchange environment did not provision. Recent changes will have to be performed again to ensure they are processed. For example, if a password change did not update, the password will have to be reset again.
