[Resolved] Hosted Exchange 2013 Connectivity

Resolved - Mail client connectivity and sending behavior to our Hosted Exchange 2013 environment has returned to normal.

Monitoring - A solution has been put in place to resolve the permissions errors when sending email from Hosted Exchange 2013 mailboxes.

Monitoring - A solution has been put in place and mail clients and the Outlook Web Application are able to reconnect.

There are some users who are unable to send email from their mailboxes. Affected users may receive an error stating "You don't have permission to perform this action" when trying to send a message from their mailbox. Our engineering team is actively investigating this issue.

We are investigating an issue that is affecting our Hosted Exchange 2013 environment. Affected users may not be able to connect to their mailbox via mail clients such as Outlook or in the Outlook Web Application. Users may receive password prompts in Outlook or "Bad username or password" messaging in OWA.
